Requirements
- Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c)
- Training and certification in the target ICAM DB product, desired in the Oracle and DB2 products
- Ten (10)+ years of experience in supporting Information Technology
- Seven (7)+ years of experience in supporting IBM Products, Oracle Products, and Cloud Base Products
- Experience with data encryption, data storage, retention, etc.
- Strong technical understanding of Information Technology systems and services
- Strong technical understanding of Information Technology, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services
- Experience with agile development/scrum
Responsibilities
- Oversees engineering activities supporting information systems
- Plans, designs, develops, evaluates, tests, and integrates systems infrastructure
- Manages engineering activities of information systems
- Lead the Systems Engineering staff and activities
- Provides support to, review, maintain, and optimize all networked software and associated operating systems
- Organizes and leads the systems engineering team
- Executes and manages risk assessments and develops mitigation strategies
- Plans the cost, schedule, and execution plan for the projects
- Develops and reviews technical performance metrics
- Experience with the planning, management, leadership, and coordination of multiple concurrent tasks for large-scale systems
- Demonstrated understanding of the software development/enhancement/maintenance lifecycle
- Experience with data encryption, data storage, retention, etc.
- Ability to perform complex technical tasks
- Strong technical understanding of Information Technology systems and services
- Strong technical understanding of the areas of work and many of the technologies
- Strong technical understanding of Information Technology, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services
- Experience with agile development/scrum
- Expert knowledge of recent technological advances in computer science and engineering
