Technical Lead

7+ years of full-stack engineering experience Strong expertise with React and Ruby on Rails Experience leading technical decision-making and guiding architecture in modern web applications Ability to mentor engineers, provide constructive code reviews, and raise engineering quality Strong understanding of API design, frontend–backend integration patterns, and performance considerations Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, testing frameworks, and secure coding practices Ability to break down complex technical work into clear, actionable tasks Strong communication skills and comfort partnering closely with product and design Experience troubleshooting issues across the stack and managing tradeoffs in a delivery-focused environment Experience operating in Agile development environments Bachelor’s degree
