Senior Power Platform Technical Lead

Proven experience leading and building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform Strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 Proficiency in Power Fx, JSON, and basic scripting Strong understanding of data modeling, security roles, and environment management Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to justify and defend technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Lead and execute the design of custom applications using Power Apps Design, develop, and maintain workflow automation using Power Automate Build and integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems Actively develop and configure Dataverse environments, data models, security roles, and integrations Define, implement, and enforce best practices for security, performance, and governance Lead client engagements to gather requirements, make technical recommendations, and implement solutions directly Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across Power Platform applications Stay current with new features and updates within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
