Requirements:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in bio-engineering, Chemical engineering or relevant majors. Minimum of 5 years' working experience in technical service/ R&D/ in Enzyme business, or production operation in ethanol/Grain processing. Proven communication skills, can effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, across a multicultural organization. Strong business mindset; Experienced or comfortable with working in a matrix organization. Proficient with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Coordinate account team to drive business growth by strengthening customer service. Develop technical solutions for key accounts and distributors. Create value for key accounts and distributors to safeguard business and solve technical issues. Engage customers and build trust and access to their operations teams. Own product upgrade development and new solution identification and development. Connect with internal functions for competitor mapping, new product launch, and ideation workshops. Play a key role in projects initiated by RD and commercial teams from a technical perspective.
