Responsibilities:
Source qualified candidates for virtual assistant and related roles Screen applicants based on client requirements and company standards Collect and verify hiring requirements from clients and hiring managers Maintain consistent communication with candidates Schedule interviews with candidates, senior recruiters, and hiring managers Track recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Conduct interviews and evaluate final candidate selections (once trained) Support continuous improvements in recruitment processes Contribute to scaling Latin America talent pipeline
