Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in social media management
- Managerial experience
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgement and keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
- Strong proficiency in a video-editing software such as Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/CapCut
- Comfortable being in front of the camera
- Experience in photography, videography, and basic graphic design will be a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and roll-out a solid social media strategy
- Lead the planning of global social media calendars
- Lead daily social operations across global social platforms
- Lead the creation and execution of social media content
- Oversee community interactions
- Lead in the ideation and coordination of social media activations
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performances
- Continuously test and optimize our organic social media channels
- Lead and develop a lean and mean global social marketing team
- Lead the Social Centre of Excellence (CoE)
- Partner closely with HQ marketing functions to amplify key campaigns
- Ensure full visibility and clarity group-wide on global social initiatives
