Deltek Vantagepoint Implementation Consultant - Finance

Vantagepoint Accounting or Master Certification required Experience with Chart of Accounts, GL Accounts and Posting Experience with Cash Management/Bank Reconciliation Experience with AP, AR, Time & Expense Entry/Approval Experience with Billing & Invoice Processing Experience with Project Budgeting & Revenue Recognition Experience with Labor Rate/Category Tables Intermediate knowledge of Financial Reporting/Dashboards Basic knowledge of Multi-Company Basic knowledge of Project Planning integration with Finance Basic knowledge of Advanced Revenue Generation Methods Experience with Overhead Allocation Basic knowledge of Intercompany Transactions and Consolidations Basic knowledge of Custom Workflows and Approvals At least basic knowledge of Resource Planning/Project Management or CRM 5+ years using Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint or another project-based ERP 5+ years of accounting/finance experience in an AE-industry firm 2+ years of consulting experience

Provide trusted advisory services and deliver Vision/Vantagepoint implementations Maintain accurate project records, coordinate with internal teams, and proactively resolve client issues Develop client deliverables that present detailed findings and actionable recommendations Oversee project billing, collections, and ensure client satisfaction Identify opportunities to expand client engagements Contribute to marketing collateral, user group meetings, and sales support Mentor and guide other consultants
