Requirements:
3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in healthcare. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Proficiency in brand and digital marketing programs (content, collateral creation, email campaigns, social media best practices). Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights. Flexible, hands-on approach adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot or similar CRM and marketing automation system.
Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders to drive brand and digital marketing programs. Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Support content creation and plan content calendar. Track performance and optimize campaigns using marketing tech stack. Maintain corporate website (WordPress). Liaise with marketing agencies and external vendors. Manage inbound leads to generate meetings and pipeline. Report on full-funnel performance and recommend optimizations. Support marketing budget management and organization of invoices/contracts.
