Ability to independently build and configure event platforms like Backstage. Comfortable navigating registration, content, and streaming workflows. Ability to collaborate clearly with technical teams. Ability to move fast and stay composed when events shift or go off-plan. Ability to solve problems in real-time and maintain quality. Ability to manage multiple events without missing a beat. Ability to anticipate blockers and plan ahead. Japanese language proficiency.

Independently build, configure, and launch web and mobile native event apps using SpotMe Backstage. Professionally manage clients and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications. Coordinate closely with vendors, internal departments, and customers for seamless live event execution. Ensure speakers are fully briefed and prepared for presentations. Oversee event operations to ensure smooth running. Handle post-event communications, analyze event data, and deliver insightful reports and recommendations.
