Solution Consultant - Banking m/f/d

2-5 years of experience in banking technology, software vendors, or consulting with pre-sales or solution engineering experience. Strong understanding of banking processes (e.g., deposits, cards, payments). Track record in designing and presenting solutions as well as engaging C-level and senior stakeholders. Strong conceptual and analytical skills, paired with hands-on mindset. Excellent communication skills in English; German highly preferred for DACH engagements. Familiarity with SAP and/or other core banking systems a plus.

Drive customer-facing engagements to understand needs, uncover opportunities, and position SAP Fioneer solutions. Translate complex business requirements into high-impact solution designs. Identify and assess emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting core and transaction banking. Drive RFIs/RFPs from a solution perspective, ensuring proposals are compelling and value-based. Create and deliver tailored demos, proof-of-concepts, and workshops to business and IT stakeholders. Work closely with product management to feed successful pilots into the product roadmap. Convince decision-makers in banks globally. Provide market feedback to product teams to influence roadmap and innovation focus.
