3+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment Fluent English (written and spoken) Strong understanding of the Turkish market and user behavior Hands-on experience with CRM tools and platforms (Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, etc.) Data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage localized CRM strategies for the Turkish market (Email, SMS, push notifications, onsite messaging) Own the customer journey and optimize communications across all stages Plan, execute, and analyze CRM campaigns with a focus on personalization, segmentation, and ROI Collaborate with product, content, design, and data teams Monitor KPIs such as retention rate, conversion, CLV, and churn Ensure campaigns are compliant with local regulations and responsible gaming practices Act as the main point of contact for all CRM-related initiatives in Turkey
