Director of Procurement

10+ years of procurement experience. 3-5 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record managing global procurement programs of $10M+. Experience with vendor negotiations, contracts, and sourcing strategy. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to influence at the executive level. Strong financial and analytical skills. Deep knowledge of procurement best practices and technologies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Strong leadership capabilities with experience developing and mentoring teams.

Lead and scale Vanta’s global procurement function. Oversee multimillion-dollar vendor negotiations and manage strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract strategy. Own global procurement programs valued at tens of millions of dollars. Build scalable processes and implement best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (GTM, ENG, IT, Legal). Establish and monitor procurement KPIs and SLAs. Provide leadership and mentorship to Senior Procurement Analysts. Partner with company leadership to support scaling efforts and shape long-term procurement strategy.
