5+ years in post-production (Media Manager, DIT, Post-Tech, or Assistant Editor) Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro & Media Encoder skills Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve (transcoding/color) Strong knowledge of video codecs, formats, frame rates, delivery specs Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
Responsibilities:
Ingest, transcode, and organize high-volume video footage Manage servers and the Media Asset Management system (Iconik) Package & archive Adobe Premiere Pro projects for finishing Troubleshoot technical issues (sync errors, codecs, corrupted files) Support editors with prep work (color correction, selects, rough assemblies) Contribute to workflow improvements for speed and efficiency
