- Proven experience building outbound email programs for B2B services, digital marketing, or agency environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with outbound tools (email warmup, inbox management, sequencing, data providers, enrichment tools)
- Experience sourcing and enriching lead lists and segmenting audiences
- Clear understanding of outbound metrics (open rates, replies, positive replies, meetings booked, pipeline created)
- Experience working closely with sales teams or acting as a bridge between marketing and sales
- Comfortable owning strategy and execution
- Strong written English for crafting outbound copy and replies
- Analytical mindset and habit of testing, measuring, and iterating
- Experience managing or mentoring SDRs, BDRs, or cold callers (Nice to Have)

- Select and manage tools for email, data sourcing, enrichment, and tracking
- Build and document repeatable processes and playbooks for outbound campaigns
- Build prospect lists using data platforms and scrapers
- Enrich, clean, and validate data before launching campaigns
- Set up and manage multi-step email sequences for cold outreach
- Continuously test subject lines, angles, value props, and sequences
- Monitor inboxes, reply to prospects, and move interested leads toward calls
- Align outbound strategy with leadership goals and revenue targets
- Coordinate with sales closers or account executives on handoff processes
