5+ years of Amazon PPC experience or equivalent paid media/Google Ads background Strong quantitative and data analysis skills Proven ability to optimize client campaigns for efficiency Proven experience in a client-facing role within an advertising or performance marketing context 4+ years of total media buying experience, including at least 2 years focused on Amazon Advertising Exposure to multiple product categories Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring a team of analysts Strong grasp of Amazon advertising mechanics, ranking strategies Advanced comfort with data interpretation, trend spotting, and performance storytelling Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Perpetua, XNurta, Data Dive, or similar Deep understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and keyword ranking strategies Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
