Requirements
- Robust experience in search engine optimization
- 7+ years working for a digital marketing agency in an SEO strategy role
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights and next steps
- Experience working with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Advanced experience in Asana or related project management tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to new technology and tools
- Comfort in an agile, fast-paced remote environment
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and website administration
Responsibilities
- Drive and refine high-impact SEO strategies for assigned customer accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer SEO services
- Execute SEO strategies for customers
- Proactively drive performance and make day-to-day decisions for SEO services execution
- Identify and address SEO performance, technical, and implementation issues
- Drive SEO innovation and identify opportunities for service enhancements
- Stay ahead of industry trends to improve company effectiveness
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and enhance deliverable quality
- Contribute to team growth by spotting training needs
- Work cross-functionally with content, web, and customer success departments
- Provide SEO expertise and guidance to team members and cross-functional partners
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO strategies and trends
- Share knowledge with the SEO department and use insights to improve service deliverables
