Deep understanding of JavaScript and browsers. Background in Rust and Yara rules is ideal. Hobbyist interest in the gap between client-side JS specifications and JS engines. Participation in capture the flag events or regular whitehat hacking/bug bounties. Self-managing and motivated to disrupt client-side and web security. 3-5 years prior work experience.

Keep an eye out on attacks around the world. Find new attack methods and scope detection methods. Use existing attributes to detect attacks and ship detections. Lead the detection strategy, detection & response. Review incoming detections and narrow down broader signals. Lead Security Research and content efforts. Blog about malicious scripts impacting many websites to protect the internet. Build new detection methods and rules for new attacks, with a focus on JavaScript. Proactively define detections for malicious client-side behaviors. Use and build internal tools to detect never seen before attacks.
