Associate OT Security Analyst

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, DNS, packet analysis). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Enthusiasm for learning about ICS/OT cybersecurity. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Flexibility to participate in shift-based coverage (4 day a week 10-hour shifts, including a weekend day).

Monitor and triage detection alerts and network telemetry. Investigate suspicious activity and identify misconfigurations, anomalies, and potential malicious behaviors. Escalate relevant findings to senior analysts with appropriate details. Collaborate to improve alert fidelity and detection performance. Assist with tuning detection logic and contribute to incident summaries. Participate in continuous learning about ICS/OT protocols and adversary tactics. Support asset classification, detection tuning, and vulnerability management. Assist with hardening and response recommendations.
