3+ years experience moderating and delivering client deliverables in a market research or agency setting. Willingness to travel and be flexible in scheduling. Compliance in time-tracking. Adherence to Brado and client required training and guidelines for market research and healthcare industry regulations. Understanding of Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Healthcare Providers (HCPs) processes and reporting, Ethics, Confidentiality, Data Privacy / Security and Harassment.

Ensure timely delivery of assigned project aspects. Contribute to all project phases: design, fielding, and deliverables. Proactively identify and escalate project changes. Support study design and proposal writing. Craft discussion guides and moderation plans. Moderate interviews and online engagements (15% of time). Identify themes and connect them to broader insights. Suggest strategic elements for reports, including implications and recommendations. Determine appropriate visual elements for communication. Leverage client/industry knowledge to elevate strategy. Write clearly, concisely, and professionally. Develop client rapport and deepen understanding of their business. Manage client interactions professionally and respectfully. Represent Brado in external settings.
