Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). At least 7 years of talent acquisition experience. At least 3 years in a leadership role. 3 to 5 years of global TA experience managing diverse teams. Proven success in designing and executing global recruitment strategies. Deep understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements across multiple countries. Strong proficiency in analytics tools and applicant tracking systems. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational, project management, and critical thinking skills. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Experience mentoring and developing TA professionals. Cultural awareness and sensitivity for global hiring. Relevant certifications are a plus (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.).
