Bachelor's Degree highly preferred Minimum of 3 years of related work experience Skilled in the application of Instructional Design and adult learning best practices Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Solid experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS & JavaScript Experience with Tealium Experience with LMS systems Commitment to helping adults develop their skills Fanatical about Customer Service & Satisfaction Experience in Agile rapid development environments Familiar with Digital Marketing technologies and best practices Experience working in a SaaS environment Working knowledge of eLearning technologies (authoring tools, ScreenFlow, Camtasia, Articulate) Strong organization skills Demonstrated project management skills Excellent oral and verbal communication skills Positive team-focused attitude Multilingual skills highly appreciated

Lead multiple forms of instructional delivery (in-person and virtual) Create engaging and interactive courses Edit source videos for e-learning courses Apply education best practices and adult learning theories Develop and manage courseware updates Contribute to course assessments and certification materials Support localization efforts for educational content Project manage development of learning resources Conduct interviews and assessments to identify knowledge gaps Establish relationships with stakeholders and SMEs Review feedback and refine course materials Partner with internal teams for accuracy and consistency Deliver products on time with high standards Facilitate process improvement for education services Assist with managing education support requests Update and maintain content library Assist with uploading and testing content into LMS
