Requirements:

Master's Degree or PhD in Education or Social Science. Advanced skill set with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Skills in conducting virtual meetings on various platforms (e.g., Zoom, Adobe Connect). Demonstrated skills in research, data collection, and analysis (knowledge of Qualtrics preferred). Content expertise in K-12 Literacy Instruction, professional development for educators, or working with State Education Agencies in literacy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead provision of technical assistance in-person and online. Develop informational products like fact sheets and toolkits. Facilitate working group discussions for practitioners. Identify and deliver new methods for technical assistance. Conduct literature reviews on education policy and practice. Provide direct support to grantees in administering educational programs. Develop and deliver virtual and in-person trainings. Perform data tracking and analysis for monthly reports.
