Staff Integration Engineer

5-7+ years of experience in enterprise integration Expert in modern API technologies (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, gRPC) Experience with event-driven integration patterns (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) Experience designing fault-tolerant and idempotent integration workflows Strong knowledge of API security best practices (OAuth, mTLS, API gateways) Proficiency in data serialization formats (JSON, XML, Protobuf, Avro) Skilled in scripting/programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Java, or Go Experience with data mapping, transformation (ETL/ELT), and synchronization patterns Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Architect and implement integrations between AI agents and Kaseya's IT Complete Suite APIs Develop secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant integration workflows Ensure real-time data synchronization, end-to-end security, and seamless cross-platform automation Collaborate with product and platform teams Build and maintain reusable integration components, SDKs, and developer-facing tools Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and reliability
