Senior Integration Engineer

6-10 years professional experience with a focus on engineering, automation, APIs, and cloud solutions. 3+ years of experience with the Workato platform, including building complex workflows and automations. Expertise in system integrations (iPaaS, APIs, or direct point-to-point), with a focus on API-driven business process automation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent on-the-job experience. Attention to detail, strong problem solving abilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, take initiative, and work independently. Ability to work across global operation time zones.

Drive the design, development, and implementation of integration and automation solutions using Workato. Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with external development partners and maintain in-house integrations. Maintain and enhance existing integration workflows. Manage integration work in Jira and create technical documentation in Confluence. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to business analysts and engineers. Stay current on integration technologies and best practices. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy guidelines.
