Provide leadership and supervision to virtual Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners and medical assistants. Collaborate with leaders from other Care Team areas. Support collaborative oversight agreements for ARNPs. Establish operational and outcome metrics for the provider team and lead process improvement initiatives. Oversee and complete clinical quality audits, including diagnostic assessments and chart reviews. Provide clinical guidance on complex cases and facilitate consultations. Serve as a strategic cross-functional partner with Technology, People & Culture, Product, Operations, Clinical Strategy, Implementation, and Learning & Development teams. Support business development as needed. Foster a psychologically safe and collaborative work environment. Serve as a role model and foster a culture of collaborative communication. Ensure telehealth clinical services align with company goals, policies, and standards.
