Own the P&L for AP Solutions, including revenue, margins, and adoption metrics. Set the strategic vision for AP offerings. Define and track operational success metrics and financial targets. Develop a multi-year strategy for revenue expansion. Establish and track measures of success across operations, onboarding, and customer experience. Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Support, Risk, and Client Operations. Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements, fund flows, and delivery milestones. Define pre- and post-launch support with Success, Support, and Operations leadership. Act as the voice of the customer for the AP product. Stand up the initial cross-functional support pod. Define the future roadmap for AP product transition from Beta to broad availability. Own pricing, packaging, and positioning for Wrapbook’s AP solution. Lead go-to-market strategy for AP integration and cross-selling. Drive sales execution for standalone AP products. Set and deliver on adoption or bookings targets.
