3+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Expert SQL skills. Proficient in at least one additional language (e.g., Python, R). Proficient with one or more BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau). Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities. Strong presentation skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides. Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and big data technologies. Demonstrated ability to link analytics to business outcomes and influence company performance. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills. Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong prioritization skills.

Own and evolve financial forecasting models, providing weekly updates and driving improvements. Enhance forecast accuracy by working with Data Science to integrate new metrics. Enable data-driven decision-making by building and maintaining dashboards in Looker. Monitor insurance-related metrics and performance trends. Partner with senior leadership to support the company's strategic roadmap. Act as a strategic thought partner to business stakeholders.
