Requirements:
6+ years of strategic B2B SaaS sales experience focused on large international enterprises (5,000+ employees). Strong track record of winning new logos at the enterprise level. Deep experience working with complex buying centers across HR, IT, Internal Comms, and C-Level stakeholders. Proficiency in MEDDPICC or similar deal frameworks. Ability to see the bigger business picture and drive wins in enterprise selling. Fluent in German and English. Open to travel for team events, strategic meetings, or customer engagements.
Responsibilities:
Identify and win influential enterprise accounts. Build a pipeline of strategic opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor to CHROs, CIOs, Heads of Internal Comms, and C-Level stakeholders. Understand strategic priorities of target accounts and position Flip's impact at board level. Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with long time horizons. Align and activate cross-functional teams to close high-value deals.
