Determine technical systems requirements and functionalities for large/complex networking projects. Gather requirements from customers to meet corporate networking needs. Assess and develop high-level design requirements and communicate them. Proficient knowledge of telecommunication systems and protocols (H323, SIP). Design, plan, implement, and maintain corporate telecommunications systems. Serve as lead technical staff in telecommunications projects and activities. Create, update, and maintain all telecommunications documentation, including disaster recovery procedures. Gather requirements from customers to meet corporate telecommunications needs. Familiarity with tier 1 UCaaS solutions, mid-range on-premises phone systems, SDWAN, switching, and other networking tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks simultaneously. Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Teams Voice implementation and management required.
