Senior Software Engineer (Trust Foundations)

5+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong command of at least one modern language (Python 3 and TypeScript) Proven systems-architecture leadership Deep expertise in Identity and Access (OAuth 2.0/OIDC, RBAC, MFA) Deep expertise in Platform Engineering (scalable, secure foundations) Track record of mentoring engineers Sound build-vs-buy judgment and ability to collaborate in a regulated environment

Design, build, and operate core trust primitives (authentication providers, authorization engines, etc.) Embed security & privacy by design through linting rules and CI Scale identity rails by designing and evolving multi-tenant authentication & authorization services Deliver scalable, secure platform foundations with security-by-default patterns Turn ambiguous requirements into incremental delivery plans and lead architecture reviews Champion operational excellence through service instrumentation and alerting Elevate engineering culture by mentoring teammates and documenting patterns
