Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with 150 credit hours 6+ years of progressively challenging Public Accounting experience CPA, J.D, or EA Solid track record of career achievements and work quality Tax preparation and review experience (Individual and/or Business) Strong computer skills and proficiency in accounting software, including Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge of Internal Revenue Code, tax law, and tax processes Familiarity with financial statement procedures Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Knowledge of review, compilation, and auditing standards
