Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically hiring for highly technical roles within product and engineering teams. Experience managing recruitment across multiple geographies, with a solid understanding of local labor regulations, compliance standards, and best practices. Strong analytical skills, with prior experience creating recruitment reports, tracking key hiring metrics, and using data to drive strategic decisions. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to operate effectively while working remotely the majority of the time. Hands-on expertise with modern recruiting tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, among others. Stakeholder management skills, with a track record of collaborating with senior leadership, hiring managers, and external partners. Solutions-oriented mindset, with experience leading and optimizing recruitment projects or initiatives. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
