Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales (preferably SMB/Mid-Market). Hunter mentality for identifying and winning new customers. Understanding of business models, buyer personas, and decision patterns in smaller/medium companies. Structured, CRM-driven work using tools like Gong, Hubspot, Salesloft. Clear, respectful, and direct communication skills. Very good German (C1+) and good English language skills. Willingness for regular onsite presence for team events, calling days, or customer meetings.
Responsibilities:
Take full end-to-end responsibility for your pipeline. Develop tailored pitches and demos. Identify new potential and proactively approach decision-makers. Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel. Ensure a seamless customer journey. Bring learnings from the market back to the team. Drive decisions forward with a good sense of timing and need.
