2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales (preferably SMB/Mid-Market). Hunter mentality for identifying and winning new customers. Understanding of business models, buyer personas, and decision patterns in smaller/medium companies. Structured, CRM-driven work using tools like Gong, Hubspot, Salesloft. Clear, respectful, and direct communication skills. Very good German (C1+) and good English language skills. Willingness for regular onsite presence for team events, calling days, or customer meetings.
