Requirements:
Former Palantir Echo / FDS / FDE experience required. Experience delivering outcomes in complex environments and making a difference in customer missions. Deep knowledge of Palantir Foundry, including pipelines, ontology, Workshop, and Quiver. Ability to work directly with customers to understand missions, build trust, and deliver results. Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements. Familiarity with data modeling, system architecture, and software delivery. Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, scripting, or other data tools. Experience with cloud environments (AWS GovCloud preferred), governance, and data infrastructure. Excellent communication skills across different audiences.
Responsibilities:
Act as a hands-on guide for customers, helping them solve problems with data. Rapidly onboard users, provide training, and accelerate time-to-value. Understand goals, map requirements, and build scalable workflows and data integrations. Anticipate and design solutions for technical, organizational, or human challenges. Dive into data pipelines, ontology updates, and debugging. Drive user adoption and trust by being a go-to resource for ideas and strategy. Collaborate with PVM teams to share insights and inform product practices.
