Ability to bring multi-operator indoor small-cell systems on-air remotely. Proficiency in troubleshooting by analyzing logs, traces, and customer feedback. Understanding of carrier requirements for go-live and achieving first-pass closure. Experience in improving golden configs, procedures, and adding automation. Capacity to own outcomes and sequence work for large-scale deployments.

Bring up basebands and RUs, integrate with Meter networking, drive E911 readiness. Provision software/licenses, configure basebands/RUs, and bring nodes on-air. Verify KPIs, analyze logs, and coordinate issue remediation with field partners. Validate E911 readiness and ensure sign-off criteria are met. Triage alarms and RF symptoms, issue config changes, and guide onsite techs. Assemble carrier-ready packages and manage comment cycles for closure. Maintain golden configs/procedures, script automation, and update dashboards.
