Proven track record of success in developing and growing health system partnerships, for a minimum of 5 years. Track record of navigating large complex organizations with many stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and providers. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of initiative. Strong project management experience with the ability to understand and deliver on key operational, financial, and strategic goals. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of organizations. Ability to build repeatable processes and systems that enable Cadence to efficiently scale with existing and new system partners. Willingness to travel as needed.
