Responsibilities:
Develop and test messaging to convert agents into Roam evangelists Build a motion to recruit, activate, and retain listing agents Represent Roam at brokerage events, team lead meetings, and industry conferences Craft scalable agent-facing marketing and sales touchpoints Launch and own supply campaigns end-to-end Design efficient processes to convert awareness into contracts Lead and eventually grow a team across seller and agent acquisition Own and improve core KPIs Report directly to the CEO Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and partnerships
