At least 1 year of proven experience as an HR Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, or similar HR support role. Familiarity with HR systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar platforms is a plus. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative work. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong time management, coordination, and multitasking abilities. Proactive and eager to learn HR processes and best practices.
