Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as an HR Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, or similar HR support role.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative work.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS platforms.
  • Prepare HR-related reports.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
  • Ensure company policies are up to date.
  • Support compliance audits.
  • Track mandatory training completion.
  • Coordinate internal HR programs and announcements.
  • Support employee feedback surveys.
  • Assist with organizing virtual events.
  • Prepare new hire documentation.
  • Coordinate access to tools and systems for new employees.
  • Support exit interview processes.
  • Draft HR communications.
  • Maintain HR files securely.
  • Provide day-to-day support to HR Manager and Talent Acquisition team.
  • Post job openings.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems.
