3-4 years of digital marketing experience. 2+ years in agency setting Experience in ABM-specific DSPs and supporting platforms, such as Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus, etc. Deep understanding of intent data from multiple platforms & how to integrate into overarching channel strategies Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Paid Media Channels Specifically having experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development on large, enterprise-level accounts Experience with complex client org structures (multi-brand, multi-product, long sales cycle) within B2B ecommerce, hybrid, and sales-led organizations Significant campaign management experience in each of the following additional campaign types: LinkedIn, Performance Max, Bing Ads, ABM DSPs: Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus, etc. Additional significant campaign management experience in at least 3 of the following additional campaign types: YouTube Ads, Meta, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Content Syndication Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) Proficiency in Google Analytics Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond the stat and telling the story
