Bitcoin expert with deep knowledge of financial markets, macroeconomics, investment management, and Bitcoin fundamentals Comfortable doing media appearances, building a personal brand, and creating digital content on Bitcoin Great listening skills and empathetic reasoning Ability to put the client first and provide fast, attentive responses Ability to be flexible via client communication preferences (SMS, Phone, Email) Deep knowledge and interest in Bitcoin Basic tax, trust and inheritance knowledge Traditional financial industry experience Ability to thrive in a remote environment 7-10 minimum years of experience Must be US-based (major metro area ideal) and eligible to work in the US

Generate net new leads and opportunities Actively engage clients and prospects to build relationships Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients Serve as a client dedicated contact for Swan services and Bitcoin Onboard new Swan clients Ensure high-quality service for best clients Execute orders and concierge services on an on-call basis Provide Private clients with personal access via SMS seven days a week Provide expert-level guidance on Swan products and Bitcoin strategies Collaborate with team members and functions Build and maintain a personal brand in the Bitcoin landscape Travel as needed, typically short trips in the US
