Requirements:
At least 4-5+ years of experience in paid search, paid social, display and video marketing, preferably in mid-to-large scale e-commerce B2C or with an advertising agency. Experience driving campaigns from concept through execution and performing post-campaign analysis. Experience with Google Search and Shopping, Facebook Ads, Google Display Network, programmatic display advertising, and video advertising on YouTube. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Reading and writing proficiency in another European language (German, French, Spanish, Polish, Romanian) is a plus. Understanding of performance marketing strategies, tactics, and processes. Strong understanding of the relationship between marketing channels and business objectives. Proven track record of working at the strategic and tactical level to develop and execute innovative performance marketing campaigns. Extensive knowledge of the paid search, paid social and display landscape, including optimization techniques, bidding models, and ad units across various platforms. Experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads dashboard, Google Adwords and other major media buying platforms. Deep understanding of customer analytics and attribution: CPA, ROAS, LTV, churn, etc. Comfortable performing in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment. Self-directed and demonstrates tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner. Effective oral communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with teams. G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook, and other ad platforms. Hands-on experience with and intermediate to advanced knowledge of paid search management platforms, product feed management platforms and/or tag management technology. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of analytics platforms, especially Google Analytics. Advanced knowledge with Excel including pivot tables and intermediate to advanced formulas. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, statistics, or other related field.
Responsibilities:
Drive growth strategy across performance marketing channels (paid search, shopping, paid social, display, video) for the European Region. Develop strategies to scale and optimize performance marketing channels. Own all aspects of the European region’s paid media program, including budget management, media mix, campaign monitoring, optimization, testing framework development, creative optimization, and reporting. Build, coach, and develop a team to support the European growth marketing program. Develop strategies to drive eCommerce User App Acquisition through paid media and app store optimization (ASO). Plan and manage large-scale campaigns on search, social, and display platforms. Partner with business insights, product, and engineering teams to enhance tracking and reporting. Optimize performance marketing campaigns to meet iHerb’s goals. Support product feed marketing efforts. Work cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders. Collaborate with creative resources to develop assets. Collaborate with Earned and Influencer Media teams. Ensure overall cost per acquisition (CPA) is within targets. Serve as the main point of contact for outside vendor and agency relationships. Maintain relevant certifications (e.g., Google Adwords Certified Professional).
