6 months to 1 year of Sales Development experience in Healthcare, Aesthetic, or Wellness industry. Background in Customer Service or BPO roles preferred. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Experience with outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls. Proficient in lead research and personalized outreach using tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Crunchbase). Experience using CRM systems. Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST). High school diploma or equivalent. Stable and high-speed internet connection (25 MBPS or higher) with backup. Own PC/laptop with specified hardware and software requirements. Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam (720p or higher). Designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace.
