Nurse Practitioner (20 Hours/Week, Contractor)

Active NP licenses in at least 15 states AGNP-BC or FNP-BC (ANCC or AANP) 2+ years independent NP practice preferred Experience in weight loss care and GLP-1 prescribing highly preferred Familiarity with compound medications a plus Background in internal or family medicine preferred Chronic care and telemedicine experience are strongly desired

Conduct virtual patient evaluations via scheduled video visits Manage initial intake and treatment planning for adult patients (18+) Review lab results and prescribe medications (primarily GLP-1 agonists when appropriate) Address ongoing patient concerns via chat and portal communications Handle prescription refills, lab follow-up, and chronic care coordination Practice within the scope of evidence-based and inclusive care models
