Senior Machine Learning Engineer I

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. Minimum 2 years of experience in industry with a strong focus on ML solutions development and production deployment. Strong grasp of OOP, Design Patterns, efficient algorithms, and quality software development. Strong proficiency in Python and modern Python frameworks like FastAPI and LangGraph. Experience working with voice AI technologies and conversational AI (Deepgram, PlayHT, ElevenLabs). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and logical thinking. Experience working with microservices/an API-based application paradigm. Good written communication skills.

Design, develop, and productionize ML solutions in Document Understanding, Search & QnA, GenAI, Virtual Agents. Develop and maintain backend services using Python for AI applications. Design and implement APIs for AI model integration. Manage the full ML model lifecycle: problem definition, data exploration, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment. Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance. Troubleshoot issues with AI models, integrations, deployments, and backend services. Implement system telemetry and A/B testing to validate AI model effectiveness. Document development processes, system designs, and architectural decisions. Ensure security and compliance of healthcare data adhering to HIPAA regulations.
