Requirements:
Experience in event technology Passionate about delivering incredible event attendee experiences through app-based solutions Strong customer-centric mindset and strong attention to detail Ability to operate at a fast pace on a variety of projects Experience in leading corporate internal and external B2B events from start to finish Ability to work smoothly across agencies, AV partners, venues, and internal teams Ability to independently build and configure event platforms like Backstage Ability to solve problems in real-time, maintain quality, and never let the experience break down Ability to manage multiple events without missing a beat Anticipate blockers and plan ahead Experience in life sciences is a bonus
Responsibilities:
Independently build, configure, and launch web and mobile native event apps using SpotMe Backstage Professionally manage clients and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and customers for seamless execution on live event day Ensure speakers are briefed and prepared Oversee event operations to ensure smooth running Handle post-event communications, analyze event data, and deliver reports
