Requirements:
Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare technology or health information-focused products. At least 2 years in customer-facing solutions. Proven ability to define, deliver, and manage high-impact products in agile environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and product prioritization skills. Strong understanding of utilization management workflows, medical necessity criteria, payer operations, and clinical decision making. Familiarity of healthcare interoperability standards and clinical data formats (e.g., HL7, FHIR, CCD, X12). Familiarity with data-powered products involving AI, LLM, and/or NLP are a plus. Proven product launch experience, particularly in enterprise healthcare software. Knowledge of guideline-driven decision support systems and healthcare workflows. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) or clinical content platforms is highly desirable. Agile/Scrum proficiency, with experience using tools like Jira and Confluence. Strong customer focus.
Responsibilities:
Translate market problems and customer needs into actionable product requirements and user stories. Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps. Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features. Track and report on product performance. Serve as the voice of the customer. Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations. Work closely with client-facing teams to support go-to-market efforts.
