Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience working with retirement plans, particularly 401(k) plans, in a client-facing, compliance or administrative capacity. Experience supporting advisors and/or clients in a retirement plan or financial services environment. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. ASPPA, CEBS, QKA, or other designations related to 401(k) plan administration or ERISA compliance are a plus.
