Prior professional experience as an Account Manager or similar role Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a client facing role High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Experience with CRM software and project management tools Proven ability to juggle multiple client accounts and time-sensitive projects Excellent listening, collaboration and cross-cultural patience and understanding Go-getter attitude with strong problem solving skills and curiosity to learn Ability to work independently Strong verbal and written communication skills Fluency in English and Chinese
