Responsibilities:
Embed with portfolio companies for high-priority tours of duty, owning special projects or scaling critical operations. Tackle ambiguous, high-leverage work like standing up new products, streamlining operations, or testing go-to-market strategies. Rotate across multiple portfolio companies to build pattern recognition and context around startup success. Pressure test key initiatives with founders and Shaper leadership, bringing structure and driving outcomes. Contribute to ideation and early diligence for new Shaper companies, potentially leading their development.
