- Fluent English proficiency
- 2+ years of e-commerce experience, with a proven track record of success in a high-growth DTC environment, ideally within the CPG industry
- In-depth understanding of the DTC landscape and its key success measurements such as CAC, LTV, CVR, and Cohort Analysis
- Experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands, with a passion for building strong brand equity
- Demonstrated expertise in paid media tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads), strongly emphasizing paid social media planning/buying
- Proficiency in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience optimizing websites for conversion
- Experience with CMS and digital marketing tools such as Shopify, A/B Testing Tools (Intelligems), Creative Analysis Tools (Motion), Landing Page Builders (Replo), and others
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience leading relationships with external agencies and internal partners to deliver results
- Exceptional attention to detail, combined with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Growth mindset, self-starter mentality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Oversee operations of their Shopify store, including site maintenance, homepage/product launches, and integrations with other platforms
- Working with Senior Growth Manager on all aspects of acquisition marketing inclusive of SEM, affiliate/partnerships, with a primary focus on paid social media planning/buying
- Oversee all day-to-day Meta media buying operations and provide weekly reporting on account-wide performance trends, including commentary on creative performance
- Develop and manage paid testing sprint plans to optimize ad creative
- Consistently consider the entire customer journey when planning strategies to increase conversion. Including the development of landing pages, A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign efficiency and performance
- Proactively identify and provide optimizations/levers opportunities and work with the team to bring them to life
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, finance, product development) to ensure all digital execution requirements are fulfilled
